Scheduled to speak on behalf of the SWAT Team are Field Commander Mark Rankin of the Norwood Police Dept. and Asst Team Leader Tim Holloway of the Evendale Police Dept.  Tim and Mark have 25 years combined SWAT experience and have responded to hundreds of situations involving Hostage, Barricaded and Suicidal Persons, High Risk Warrant Services, Dignitary Protection assignments and other special police operations.

The Reading Chamber of Commerce participates in the Regional Commerce Partnership quarterly Power Luncheons that are held at various locations.   The RCP consists of six participating chambers:  Evendale, Forest Park, Norwood, READING, Springdale, and Woodlawn.

 The RCP quarterly Power Luncheons are held on the third Wednesday in February, May, October and on the second Wednesday in December from 11 am to 1 pm.  These meetings are free to Reading Chamber members!  

The Reading Chamber also hosts the annual awards banquet held on the first Monday in December.  After dinner, we recognize business and individuals who have contributed to overall good of the community.
